Decided to put our house on the market and you never realize how much stuff you need to fix and organize until you want to sell it.
Had seven showings in three days and had it under contract in 6 days... what a rush and what a blessing. Now it is time to pray for the closing to go well and to find a rental house.
Been blessed to spend a lot of time with family this month. We have been to Lake Lure with the Gregorie's for July 4th and with the Banks' for a little vacation.
Miriam is now a little over 7 months old and crawling all over the place but is much for interested in standing up! I am pretty sure she will be walking in a just few short months. With as busy as she is, she will be everywhere with her new mobility!
Shay and I are proud future Aunts and Uncles of TWO nephews! Both Charlie/Cayci and Emily/Damon are having precious boys! Little Lucas Chadwick Banks and Palmer Bailey Padgett. How exciting!
Let's see... what else... well, we lost one of our dear chickens. Jail Bird passed away on Saturday of, we guess, natural causes. Shay buried her in the yard, and the other chickens don't seem to be bothered by it. That is just life on a farm.... well small farm in the middle of a Mt. Pleasant neighborhood anyway.
With all this said, Shay has my camera in his car so I can't post any pictures right now, but I will upload all the pics soon!
